4 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon lemon extract
2/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat eggs. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, evaporated milk, lemon extract and buttermilk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Continue to cook whisking constantly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Boil for 1 minute. Increase heat to medium, and remove from heat. Remove from heat and stir in flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into prepared cookie sheet.
