6 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup Sherry or Chablis wine
1 egg
6 ripe tomatoes
5 green onions, sliced
Sprinkle minced garlic over chicken breasts (herbs/garlic if desired). Toss chicken with mayonnaise to cover. Place in the refrigerator at this time until it has cooled slightly, but the coating of mayonnaise will wax.
Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat, place breasts on the bottom of the bottom crust and place one side up onto a metal dish or greased whole pan. Fry wrapped breasts until brown, then flip them onto the greens and brown topside where the pan was heated. Fry about 5 minutes, fry to desired color with 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Transfer breasts onto the greased foil quickly tucking under blackened crust if necessary. Serve in flavoring dish with crushed basil.
