3 cups minced celery
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add celery and tomatoes, cover, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Unmelt softened cheese in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the liquid over the tomatoes and celery. Sprinkle with slices of French baguette. Serve immediately.
