1 (1 pound) loaf del monte pasta
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1 (20 ounce) can black olives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain pasta.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together pasta, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in a large bowl.
Crush pizza dough and form into balls; place in greased dish. Arrange balls on top of one another and top with chopped olives, salt and pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour, to soften slightly.
