2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
4 (10 ounce) packages baby carrots, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped zucchini
Melt Cheddar cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, carrots, onion, celery, bell pepper and zucchini and cook until mixture is bubbly and thickened. Serve hot or cold.
