1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped bacon
In a 7 x 11-inch casserole dish, combine the lemon juice, oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour half of mixture into prepared casserole dish; cover with bread crumbs. Repeat with second and final mixture, ending with bacon.
