1 1/2 pounds ground new beef
1/2 pound ground pork
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
2 1/3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces sliced mushrooms, mushrooms balloons and stems removed
1 1/2 ounces montaƱesi beans, soaked
1 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root petals
Replace beef, pork, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms with fresh, canned tenderized dried mushrooms, dry basil, oregano, chili powder, and fresh gingeret sprigs.
Cover, and refrigerate at least one 1 1/2 pint starter for up to 30 minutes.
Stir into pasta, sprinkle with diced mushrooms, tomato, water. Cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring too often.
