4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 lemon, juiced
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons orange juice
6 sprigs mint with flowers
1 1/4 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 (4 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
6 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and salt together. Mix eggs, brown sugar, lemon zest and orange juice into lemon-lime syrup. Stir lemon zest, orange zest and orange zest into lemon-lime syrup. Pour gelatin over lemon-lime mixture, stirring just until.
Place strawberries in two small plastic plastic bags and place on a medium serving plate. Stir juice and lemon zest into lemon-lime syrup and muddle other strawberry elements into lemon-lime syrup. Scoop and store fruit in plastic bag until serving, or refrigerate immediately.
Cut green onions into 1/4 inch slices. Chop green onions into chunks. Brush evenly onto fruit. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
