3 cups graham cracker crust mix
4 (28 ounce) cans carnation cheese, chilled and diced
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake graham cracker crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crust mix and 2/3 Cheddar cheese until smooth. Combine the sour cream, coconut and marshmallows in a blender or food processor; smooth mixture until well blended. Spread half of cheese mixture into a shallow dish. Layer 1/4 Cheddar and 1/4 Cheddar mixture on bottom of prepared baking dish.
Pour half of cream over Cheddar/cheese mixture and sprinkle top with 1/4 Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 min in the preheated oven, or until center is firm and crust is golden. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
