Domino Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 (24 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

4 (6 ounce) cans tomato juice

2/3 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 3/4 cups water

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 pint warm milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place ground beef, tomato peppers and tomato juice in a large, heavy skillet and cook over medium heat until browned and slightly onion-like. Drain well.

Melt cream cheese thoroughly in microwave or in a small saucepan, particularly at warm spots. Spread cream cheese mixture over the bottom and sides of pizza pan. Top with remaining tomato peppers, tomato juice mixture, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

Brush cooked meat with milk, mixing well. Pour over pie, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
