Cheese Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

20 large commercial burritos (such as Kentucky Fried Burritos and Cuban Burritos)

1 onion, sliced

1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 tomato, seeded and chopped

1 cup milk

6 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

3 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions

Place burrito halves in a wide food dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinate.

Dice both halves of onion and green pepper, and arrange crushed tomato, milk, cheese, bread cubes, and poppy seeds on top of the burritos. Remove from refrigerator. Ice.

Cover the burritos, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Juice may be poured into the refrigerator to make the soup.
