1 cup dark rum
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup orange liqueur
1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine
1 dram dry vermouth
In a cocktail mixer bag, combine rum, sugar and orange liqueur. Shake vigorously, then strain through a fine sieve into a shallow glass. In a glass large enough to hold the remnants of a cocktail glass, pour the lit
