1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (10 ounce) can anchovy fillets, drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (14 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container potato salad dressing
1 (8 ounce) jar tomato wine
In a medium saucepan bring tomato paste and anchovy fillets to a boil, then reduce heat and stir in sour cream, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and potato salad dressing. Bring to a simmer. Pour in tomato wine and simmer for 10 minutes.
