1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 cups heavy whipping cream
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, pineapple juice, sugar, vodka, milk and whipping cream. Mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
