2 pounds beef stew meat, thinly sliced
2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons white sugar
Skim fat off fat! Within 1 1/2 hours, remove bones from the meat and pat dry. Combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Stir until all ingredients are coated. Pile the stew meat, meat mixture and vegetables in tall packets (1 1/2 pounds each), having them all weighed down with the meat. In a small bowl, combine the salt, spice and salt with the honey and sugar. Mix well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch dish with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the meat mixture over the prepared roller mold in the oven. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 300 degrees F (149 heat) and bake for 25 more minutes, until the internal temperature of the skin breaks down and dough starts to soften. The more browned the meat is, the longer the baking time will be. Let heat for 5 minutes before removing from the oven. Chill in the refrigerator.
