1 medium artichoke (2 fl., sealed)
1 medium onion, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
8 ounces bacon
1 (15 ounce) package artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in salt and pepper; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 minute.
Transfer artichoke hearts to a medium bowl. Add bacon and stir over medium heat. Add artichoke hearts and coat all well.
