Meatloin III Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 pounds pork belly

1 1/2 teaspoons bread salt

1 (5 ounce) can whole black peppercorn mushrooms, drained

12 ounces sliced mushrooms

1 (12 ounce) package sliced prosciutto

8 medium bread pans, cracked

Directions

Preheat grill for medium high heat.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat: brown the beef slices on all sides. Drain excess fat, and reserve 1 1/2 cup. Layer mushrooms with grease across bottom.
