1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bulgur mushrooms, sliced
1 cup fresh broccoli or cauliflower
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can eggplant, drained
1/2 pound sawdust rice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (2 pound) can mandarin oranges
Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, oil, mushroom, mushrooms, broccoli, cucumbers and rice.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the oranges and saute until golden. Reduce heat to medium heat and add chicken and vegetables. Saute for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
