1 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Mix in garlic, oregano and basil; stir, and allow to remove from heat.
Stir salt, rosemary, parsley, and oregano into olive oil mixture, stirring well. Return mixture to heated pan.
Bring skillet to a quick boil. Reduce heat to medium heat, add chicken and cook 10 minutes on each side. Drain, and place in a shallow dish to cool completely. The wings should have a crust on the inside and should be very warm.
