1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cornflakes cereal
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, vinegar, boiling water, orange juice, butter, eggs and vanilla. Heat, stirring constantly, to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Remove pecan-sized portions from all remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over peaches. Refrigerate up to 4 hours or overnight.
