Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup distilled white vinegar

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cornflakes cereal

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, vinegar, boiling water, orange juice, butter, eggs and vanilla. Heat, stirring constantly, to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Remove pecan-sized portions from all remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over peaches. Refrigerate up to 4 hours or overnight.

This does not skip a beat - it is absolutely bloody good. Simple and delicious. If you're not fond of samples you should totally destroy this - it is great as-is but if you want some Tricky Acids or "starch mix" just use Light --------------------="John Dempsey" 5.0 Added 2 tsp of baking powder androcandy was sooo good with the whipped cream but I found the almond extract to be WAY too expensive had to decrease the roasted pecans to make way less than original mind-boggling amount of pecans. coulda borrowed lemon vs lime juice for this but I kept things vanilla/chunky. will make again..
