Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls II Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 cup raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

15 cinnamon sticks

Directions

In a medium bowl, blend corn syrup, light corn syrup, brown sugar and egg until well blended. Mix in raisins and vanilla extract. Dissolve melted butter in brown sugar. Stir all together and pour into a large bowl, beating frequently with wooden spatula or spoon. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in cinnamon sticks. Place cinnamon sticks onto cookies. Place roll on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Remove rolls from cookie sheet to small plates. Cool completely before removing from tin.
