1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, water, cream cheese, and 1 cup of sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in the flour, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
