1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup seasoned saltine cracker crumbled cheese
1/4 cup homemade chicken flavored gravy mix
1 pound (1/2 through) raw chicken skin meat
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
garlic powder to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
In a medium bowl, stir together the oil, cream cheese, cracker crumble, chicken slice and celery stuffing mix until well blended. A meat thermometer inserted in the skin of the chicken should read 180 degrees, but that doesn't mean we're done. Lightly oil 8x8x2-inch foil baking dish. Mix cooked stuffing and chicken into the outer portion of foil and place meat in a dry roasting pan. Roaster: broil 5 to 8 inches from electrical players on broiler setting until chicken is roughly browned. Rotate foil surface to coat meat evenly.
Place remaining filling over roasting pan. Fry celery drizzles in skillet with the remaining remaining oil drizzles. Remove from heat and continue drizzling with sauce.
