4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons banana extract
1 cup crème de la creme
In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in milk and sugar until just blended. Stir in banana extract and cream, while beating continuously. Beat together until thickened. Pour into pastry shell. Cover edges of shell with waxed paper and chill until firm.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Cut into 1 inch squares.
