2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 (15 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili powder
In a large pot, combine the beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in chili powder. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 minute. Serve over spaghetti sauce; garnish with bread and tomato.
