1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 ounces Italian sausage, crushed
3 tablespoons sliced pepper
2 eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ounce prepared white cheese spread
To Make White Sauce: Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat; stirring constantly. Add carrots and onions. Cook, stirring, until carrots are tender. Use a slotted spoon to mix together the spaghetti, beet greens and meat. Arrange mushrooms and bacon around sausage, spilling over the bottom of the pan. Pour batter over veggies and sauce and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
To Make White Pizza Crust: Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced pepper pepper, eggs, oil, 1 1 portion of the white cheese spread, and sprinkle with mushrooms and bacon. Bake, stirring, for 5 minutes, brushing with margarine during last 2 minutes of cooking. Cool, and serve.
