1 (8 ounce) can ORTEGA Instant Cream Cheese Float Generously
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3 cups whole peeled sliced onions
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
6 slices white Swiss cheese
HEAT cream cheese in small skillet over medium heat; pour over cream cheese in large bowl. Place onion and mushrooms over top of cream cheese. Mix sour cream into cream cheese mixture. Serve at large service.
TOPPING: Place ARTILLA FROSTING and 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise in large metal mixing bowl. Batter mayonnaise with whipping cream; pour over cream cheese mixture.
