Peanut Butter Caramel Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese spread

2 eggs

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups sliced almonds

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round cake pans. Set aside.

Combine cake mix, cream cheese, cream cheese spread and eggs in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in whipped cream, almonds, and sugar. Pour mixture into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
