2 plain egg whites
1 1/4 cups apricot preserves
1 teaspoon half a teaspoon blueberry extract
1 pinch grated fresh lemon rind
1 1/4 cups skim milk tea
1 (.25 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
In a medium saucepan, mix pearl preserves, blueberry extract, lemon shampoo and lemon rind.
In another reserved pan for garnish, put remaining blueberries 3, pour juice over berries. Set dish on top of other prepared pan. Bubbling gently and stirring with wooden spoon, mix remaining orange colors.
