3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup chopped onion
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried minced ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
3 tablespoons tomato paste
Place garlic, oregano, basil, rosemary and onion in a medium bowl. Beat well, cover and shake to coat.
Add salt, marjoram, ginger, olive oil, spinach and tomato paste. Stir together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
