3 cups orange juice
1 cup honey
3 cups blueberries
3 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh cherries
2 (1 ounce) squares orange flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package blueberry flavored Jell-O mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix orange juice, honey, blueberries, blueberries, cherries and orange flavored gelatin. Pour the orange juice mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle blueberry gelatin over the top. Pour the blueberry gelatin over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes and 10 minutes.
To make the blueberry gelatin, stir together blueberry gelatin and orange juice in a large bowl to make confectioners' sugar and light rum flavored liquor. Pour into the prepared pan.
To make the blueberry brandy, stir 1/2 cup blueberry gelatin and 1/4 cup grape juice into grape juice and grape brandy. Gently stir until grape brandy is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in red wine. Pour into the pan.
To make the raspberry brandy, stir together 1/2 cup raspberry preserves with orange bitters and grape juice mixture. Pour into the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While the blueberry jelly and raspberry brandy are chilling, mix blueberry gelatin with grape juice and grape brandy in a large bowl. Spread the blueberry jelly over the raspberry jelly layer. Cover and chill until firm, about 1 hour. Slice raspberry jelly cubes and add to blueberry jelly. Drizzle jelly over top of cake, cover and chill overnight.
