3 hard-cooked eggs
1 cup water
1/2 box light cream cheese, softened
1 egg
4 tablespoons light cream
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
4 bags fresh spinach, washed and chopped
Broil eggs while still warm. Drain and place in a blender along with water, marshmallows, and spinach. Blend until well combined. Pour mixture into serving dish. Cover silver foil and store in refrigerator. Allow to sit overnight before serving.
