1 cup butter, softened
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup orange-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Corona, Costa or Tropicana)
In a blender, combine butter, milk, orange juice, lemon juice and orange zest. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a 1 gallon plastic plastic bag. Shake vigorously and squeeze to keep mixture from leaking.
Place polyethylene foil in a glass dish. Place horseradish and horseradish paste over foil and place in freezer bag.

When ready to serve, stir orange juice into plum preserves. Pour orange-flavored carbonated beverage into cocktail glass. Float foil over preserves, and serve with fruit.
