1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup finely chopped onion
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs and bouillon. Add chicken and onion pieces, green onions, and lemon peel; mix well.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook cream cheese mixture in skillet stirring constantly until heated through, about 3 minutes.
