I am so excited! I first tried out the recipe while I was PG shopping in a health food store, and while I understand that it might not be for everyone, it was very tasty and successfully completed 6 diets in 6 days! I might try it again cutting down the sugar as I feel it can be overdone. I did press it first, to make it a little thinner, and after 1/2 cup of water had been added, it really brought it to the surface. It was still quite small, so a final touch of cinnamon and oot evened it out. I will be making this again!
