Cheese Ball I Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced bacon

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 (1 ounce) ounce dry barbecue sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pull out graham cracker crust and slice into small squares. Put cheese slices inside graham cracker crust.

In a medium bowl, toast bacon and finely crumble the cheese slices over very low heat. Dip half of the bacon strips into the marinade, and press one of the edges into the centre of each cheese slice, evenly drizzeling with the bacon grease.

In a large bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dry BBQ sauce and bacon grease. Spread mixture on top of the cheese puffs.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese puffs are golden brown. Drain and sprinkle with barbecue sauce.

This was ok. I may make it again but would use fresh minced garlic instead of the powder and decrease the sugar.
