1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate ring-shaped pan
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 (15 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
Spread gelatin and peach filling into the bottom of the pan. Place strawberry jell-o in small bowl and refrigerate over night to prevent drying out.
Lift from bottom of pan. Place jar of peach pie filling in center of pie crust. Fold edges of pie crust over to obtain a slit. Cut slits in top of peach pie filling. Place sliced side down onto cookie sheets. Chill in refrigerator (at least 4 hours). May be served chilled or frozen. Refrigerate leftover peach filling until ready to serve. Serve pie chilled.
