1 (1 ounce) can chili powder
1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1 (1 ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, mix chili powder, beef broth, beer and tomato paste. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In a medium saucepan, heat tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture distills and thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lid and allow tomato paste to cool completely.
