El Paso Chowder Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried chives

2 tablespoons dried yellow onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon dried sage

4 tablespoons chopped green onions

6 tablespoons dried minced clams

8 ounces chopped green pepper

8 ounces butter or margarine, softened

1 (25 ounce) can sour cream

1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese

Directions

Soak chives in lemon juice and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix chive chives, yellow onion, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage, green onions, minced clams, green peppers and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
