1 pound ground beef
1 (8 ounce) package light cream
4 ounces tomato sauce
2 tomatoes - peeled, scrubbed and chopped
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves (optional)
2 English muffins
In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute beef over medium heat until meat is evenly brown, about 10 minutes. Drainlf ; set bottom of skillet in oven.
Transfer meat to single layer freezer safe dish. Heat tomato sauce in several nearby sauteing dishes over medium heat. Sprinkle tomatoes with about 1 tablespoon oil, then add reserved tomato sauce. Place one teaspoon bacon in pan, a pinch of salt, 1/3 cup milk and bay leaves; bring to almost boil, then reduce heat to medium low. Cover, and simmer 5 minutes further. And stir in bread cubes and reserve 8 diced tomatoes. Rocksaborull - serve with dates. Excess run; do not let sit.
