2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1/2 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sliced pepperoni cheese
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beef and cook until brown; drain off grease. Stir in eggs, mix with vegetables and tomato paste.
Stir tomato soup into skillet. Stir in tomato soup mixture, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Stir occasionally to prevent splattering.
Stir mixture into meat mixture. Heat through.
