3 (9 inch) pie shells, baked
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.9 ounce) package cream cheese flavored DRINK Mix
1/2 cup milk, as needed
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 11 pie shells with foil. Place each pie shell in pie pan with a piece of parchment or waxed paper to seal edges. Place foil underneath pie shells to stop steam escapes. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Cool completely.
When serving, remove foil from bottom and cut into rounds. In the top of a double boiler, heat whipping cream until heated. Beat in sugar slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in oil and chocolate. Stir gently until whipped
Series pie with foil and frosting cream, serving piping hot. Garnish with whipped cream.
