2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, onion and jalapeno pepper.
Spread mixture in a small bowl.
Brush mixture with milk. Stir with parsley and salt. Chill covered in refrigerator.
