1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 (10 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup tomato paste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Brown meat with garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally. Drain off grease; stir in paprika, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon seasoning salt. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add tomatoes, leeks, tomatoes, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until all tomato pulp is absorbed.
