4 3/4 fluid ounce champagne
1/2 fluid ounce coffee liqueur
2 fluid ounces Kentucky Derby Rum
1/2 fluid ounce espresso
1/4 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
Place the champagne in a glass and stir to dissolve. Place a marble in the pan and slowly pour in the coffee liqueur while stirring. Return wine cup to the pan and stir over medium heat until bubbles form. Pour in raspberry preserves, shake vigorously and serve at once.
