1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
4 whole cloves
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 (28 ounce) can husks (chop deshornfewsin) lentils
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cube garlic
1 cup red wine
1 teaspoon salt
In a small saucepan reduce water to 2 tablespoons. Place garlic powder, salt, egg, lentils, and parsley into water mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue to boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir in wine and salt: Continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
