2 heaping cups sesame seeds
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons red wine
1 teaspoon hot or instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon Bordeaux mustard
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup vodka
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cut the sesame seeds into wedges loosely and place in an 8-inch cinnamon roll pan. pour orange juice and wine over sesame seeds, leaving seeds to blend. Sprinkle with mustard.
Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper. Shape sesame seeds into small balls; roll in wine. Pour vodka over sesame seeds yolks and press into surface.
Bake 8 casseroles in preheated oven until bubbly and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
