1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (11 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
2 (8 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
5 cups white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, white sugar and orange gelatin until well blended. Mix in whipped topping. Stir in carrots, celery and pineapple. Place whipped topping into pie crust.
Spoon mixture into crust and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve immediately.
