2 oranges, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 oranges, quartered
2 lemons, crushed
1 cup water
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
6 1/2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a blender or food processor, combine the oranges, oranges, lemons, water, celery, lemon-lime soda and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage. Process until smooth. Pour mixture over all of the meat in the pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until meat is tender. Remove meat from pan and cut into cubes. Cool completely. Let cool completely before removing meat from pan.
