Antipasto Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup white chocolate syrup

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, cream cheese, eggs and milk. Bring mixture to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar and butter. Return mixture to a heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth. Continue stirring until all chocolate mixture is heated.

Remove pan from heat. Stir powdered sugar, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared pan, ensuring that medium thickness. Refrigerate chocolate and cream cheese mixture in refrigerator. Let stand briefly before cutting into squares.
